Speak to one of our officer's who will have all the paperwork needed to get your cadet ready to join
BRING IN 2Â VALID PIECES OF ID
Provincial/Territorial health card (OHIP)
AND 1 of the following
Valid Canadian passport;
A birth certificate issued by Canadian provincial, territorial, or federal government agency;
A valid identification card, visa or permit (work, study, resident, etc.), with picture, delivered by a Canadian federal government agency which legally authorizes the holder to reside in Canada for an extended period of time;
A valid identification card, with or without picture, issued by a Canadian federal, provincial, or territorial government agency

How to?
The online application is very simple.
The button below will take you to the Cadets.ca Website where you fill out the application. once complete, the application will be sent directly to the staff at 724 Squadron. At this point, you can come into the squadron the next Wednesday evening (between 6:30 and 9:15 pm) at which point the staff will finalize the forms and answer any questions.

There are 2 pieces of ID you must bring in order to finish the application:
A Provincial/Territorial health card (OHIP)
